Our Team
Moin is a qualified actuary and has held several Board and senior management roles across finance, risk and audit managing and delivering multi-million £ projects. He deals with the management of risk and uncertainty and uses his skills to ensure projects are resilient financially and operationally. He focuses on predicting the financial impact of events on the property market and identifying the best strategies and locations for new developments
Sean has worked in the construction industry for over 18-years, managing teams to deliver both small and large scale projects on time and within budget, including 400 new build apartments in the centre of Liverpool and the conversion of a grade 2 brick built warehouse at Stanley Dock to create over 500 luxury apartments. During the last 10 years he has also built a successful business contracting to other builders
Ian is a qualified quantity surveyor and has held senior commercial positions in several large construction companies for 18-years, working across a wide range of multi-million pound development projects including refurbishments, large new build housing projects, listed buildings and luxury bespoke housing. He has a wealth of experience taking projects from pre contract negotiations, leading the value engineering process and cost control to delivering projects on time and budget. He has a vast supply chain which enables him to ensure procurement is competitive
